When practicing yoga, it is a good idea to come in on an empty stomach. Yoga works the body from the inside out. Clean bare feet will be needed to help you learn good posture. Please no gum chewing or heavy perfume. Please leave watches and cell phones somewhere other than your center, your teacher will keep track of time. By doing this, it will encourage you to fully release from the outside world.

Please arrive a little early to class to quiet down and settle in.  When arriving at the center, please be mindful of classes in progress.  If you arrive a few minutes late, we recommend that you enter the yoga room quietly.  Don’t worry about laying down your mat until the teacher is down with opening meditation and the class has begun. If this is your first class, you will need to fill out a registration form before class.
